Minneapolis (MSP) and Chicago (MDW) travelers: We have secured round-trip group air seats to Nashville on Southwest Airlines on our group travel dates of Monday, April 15 - Thursday, April 18, 2024. There is limited availability on a first come, first serve basis for date deviations from these two cities, therefore, within the registration you will see a section where you can indicate if you would like to arrive earlier or depart later than the group. Your request will be reviewed and we will contact you with options, if applicable. All hotel and ground transportation charges during your trip extension will be at your own expense.
For those out of alternate cities: We will review your deviation request and compare the fare for any differences from traveling the group dates and advise you prior to confirming your air reservations.
Holston House Hotel:You will have the option to pre or post extend your hotel stay at our host hotel, Holston House, at our group rate of $269+ applicable taxes, based on availability. If you indicate this option, we will request availability and advise you before confirming your stay.
Check-in time at the Holston House Hotel is 4pm Should your room not be available when you arrive, you are welcome to leave your luggage with the bellmen and start exploring Nashville until your room becomes available!
We recommend casual, comfortable clothing – Nashville style - for all events with the exception of the Dine Around which warrants dressier attire (slacks, collared or oxford shirt, dress, etc.)
Nashville weather for mid-April is in the lower 70°’s during the day, and at night, low 60°’s. Please prepare for dressing in layers to be comfortable any time of the day. As you get closer to the travel dates; check your favorite weather app prior to packing.
